Hole punch or cut slit in card stock and tie on with curly ribbon. Tape ribbon to item. Or you can attach with a rubber band. 

All clothing must be hung on heavy duty plastic or wire hangers  Pin sets securely with pants hung on the backside of the shirt and pinned at the waist on the hanger (where pieces can be viewed without unpinning the garment). Pants, shorts, and skirts should be hung at the waist pinned to the top of the hanger. This prevents them from sliding on the hanger.
